You may pay for membership using any credit card, PayPal, or by mailing a check, however, we encourage all new members to apply using this online system.

The active membership bundle allows student media programs to obtain active CMA membership status for up to 15 individuals for $250. One person serves as the bundle administrator, while each member has full individual access and privileges. All members in the bundle must work for the same college or university student media program.

Associate members are involved in collegiate journalism education or in a profession that brings them into close contact with college media. Associate membership is $50 annually.

Institutional memberships are for organizations whose profession or business is associated with any one of the phases of student media operations. An institutional membership covers up to 15 individuals for $275. One person serves as the bundle administrator, while each member has full individual access and privileges. All members in the bundle must work for the same member institution.
